Along with our friends at Ncompass, Boombox took over the UTC Program for Season 2 with the goal of improving and refining the Season 1 Launch.
Online the FIFA scene is full of well known Youtube influencers but Mission #1 for us was to develop rooting interest in the series by making Stars of the best FUT Players competing across the 4 stops.
Mission #2 was to create a Premium Level eSports Production suitable for endemic audiences on Twitch and Youtube Gaming and for traditional Linear Broadcasters like ESPN and Sky TV.
Thanks to UTC, Players like GORILLA UNILAD, RAFIFA, and VITALITY ROCKYY have become Stars within the FIFA community.
Another win was the successful transition from a high quality online Broadcast of the early rounds to a 60 minute Final match produced for both Online and Linear Audiences.

- A typical UTC Broadcast is 8 hours long – while the most important, highest viewed portion of the Day is traditionally the last hour.
- The Site of FIFA UTC Final in Berlin may not have a team capable of winning the Bundesliga – but their Karaoke Scene is second to none.
- For efficiency – we used the same mobile unit in both Madrid and Berlin UTC stops.
